Suggested Uses:

Epsom Bath: Add 2 cups to a warm bath and soak.

Foot Soak: Add ½ cup to a large pan of warm water. Soak feet for as long as you desire. Rinse and dry.

Laxative Effect: take 2–6 teaspoons of Epsom salt at a time, dissolve in at least 8 ounces of water and consume immediately. You can expect a laxative effect in 30 minutes to 6 hours.

Better Vegetables: Add a tablespoon of Epsom Salt to the soil below a tomato plant to boost growth.
